Improves the CORDIS dataset by adding new connections between institutions and projects. For the moment, these new connections refer to participations of institutions that belong to Université Grenoble Alpes (data provided directly by the institutions), and French institutions in general (data provided by ScanR). The remaining connections between institutions and projects are taken directly from CORDIS.
