Criminal convictions

Previous question

You have told us you have unspent, relevant criminal convictions.
Is this correct?

Your conviction is relevant on if it involves the following:

  • violence
  • threatening behaviour
  • intention to harm
  • offences which resulted in bodily harm
  • sexual offences
  • the unlawful supply of controlled drugs or substances
  • firearms
  • arson
  • terrorism

If you are convicted outside of the UK for an offence listed above, this is also considered a relevant offence.
