East Midlands Aerospace Components Machining Technology Centre (Waterjet)

East Midlands Aerospace Components Machining Technology Centre (Waterjet) is a partnership between UoN, emda, Rolls Royce, and the Midlands Aerospace Alliance. The £1.1 million project aim is to provide regional centre for excellence for the application of state of the art waterjet machining to demanding aerospace applications and tolerances. Project activities include R&D projects, technical support and training. The focus is to enhance waterjet machining capabilities and thus increase competitiveness within East Midlands based aerospace supplier SMEs.
