For two hours only, you are invited to take part in a live Wikipedia-style event with fascinating thought leaders, experts and mavericks drawn from, or who have a strong connection with Milton Keynes.
20+12 (in other numbers 32) people from a wide range of fields will gather in the Festival’s Spiegeltent to share their passions, thoughts, insights and revelations with member of the public.
On arrival, and after being plied with good coffee rthe audience will be invited to lucky-dip pick a menu of four 20 minute intimate conversations - it could be with a formula 1 car designer, a top paralympian sportsperson, a famous pop musician, a sky diver, climate change dissident or Japanese Buddhist monk . . . who knows who you’ll meet, talk with and maybe learn from?
Within the splendour of the exotic Speigeltent, a bell will mark the start of the conversations. Four members of the public will enjoy some talk, listening and discussion for 20 minutes with an expert. When the bell sounds, the group moves to the next expert and the next conversation begins.
