IF WOMEN RULED THE WORLD

Theater Tol: Life of Tree

Belgian company Theater Tol’s Life of Tree is an installation of large-scale illuminated dresses, honouring remarkable women who have made a significant contribution to history with pioneering courage strength and intelligence.

Stand under a dress and you will hear music and lyrics - an ode to the inspiring woman the dress represents, including Simone de Beauvoir and Florence Nightingale.

More than just an installation, Life of Tree is a meeting place, a memorial, a resting place where visitors can observe, relax, listen and enjoy.

On Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 July, Theater Tol will present dance performances to accompany the installation:

Saturday 28 July at 12.10pm, 1.45pm and 3.20pm

Sunday 29 July at 12.10pm, 1.45pm and 4.10pm

Date & Time 20-29 July 2018
