Immunology of Extrinsic Allergic Alveolitis

Left-Double diffusion in agar. A maltworker's serum is in the central well and fungal antigens(Ag1-Ag6) in peripheral wells. Arcs of precipitation between antigens and antibodies occur in positive tests.
Right-Immunoelectrophoresis in agar with electrical polarity from -to+. Mouse test sera(S1,S2&S3) are in troughs. Fungal antigens(A1,A2) are in wells. Arcs of precipitation occur only with positive serum S3.
