Dear Partners,

The year 2025 is now behind us and was shaped by momentum, transformation, and important strategic decisions. In a financial market environment marked by high regulatory and market-driven demands, alongside geopolitical tensions, economic policy uncertainty, and increased volatility, it once again became clear how essential clear structures, reliable processes, and close, trust-based partnerships truly are.

For AHP Capital Management, 2025 was a year of focused growth and consistent development. With the successful onboarding of 26 new tied agents under our liability umbrella, we were able to significantly expand our network. At the same time, we established new family office and family fund structures, enabling us to jointly design tailored solutions for individual family office requests, deepen existing relationships, and unlock new potential. A particular milestone was the establishment of our first EU tied agent in Luxembourg within the framework of European passporting, an important step toward strengthening our European presence.

Looking ahead, it is evident that conditions in the financial markets will remain challenging. Political and economic changes, persistent uncertainties, and steadily increasing regulatory and technological requirements will continue to shape the market environment. In particular, banking supervisors are continuously refining regulatory requirements in the areas of client protection and cybersecurity, with the aim of further strengthening customer protection and mitigating risks at an early stage. At the same time, this environment creates new opportunities for market participants who combine stability with flexibility and foresight.

AHP will continue to meet these challenges with a clear commitment to being a reliable liability umbrella partner, providing security, structure, and orientation. New regulatory requirements were already implemented proactively and in a structured manner in 2025 and integrated into our processes in such a way that they function seamlessly in the day-to-day operations of our tied agents, enabling secure, stable, and smooth collaboration with their clients. With clear structures, a growing European perspective, and a shared commitment to acting responsibly and solution-oriented even in volatile times, we will continue to shape the path ahead successfully together.

As the year draws to a close, we would like to sincerely thank you for your trust, your loyalty, and our strong partnership.

We wish you and your families a peaceful Christmas season, restful holidays, and health, confidence, and success in the year ahead. We look forward to continuing and further strengthening our shared journey in the coming year.

Warm regards,

Your AHP Team

A strong partnership thrives on being reviewed regularly and continuously refined. Against this background, we have restructured our insurance model together with our partner, Sicherheitshalber Neumann Jaremko Versicherungsmakler GmbH. Over the course of the coming year, all tied agents will be transitioned from our current insurance partner, Allcura AG, to the Markel Group. The transition is currently being prepared and will be implemented in a phased approach.

For all TIed Agents, the following applies: nothing will change. Existing processes as well as the familiar insurance coverage will remain fully unchanged.

The new insurance setup is more cost-efficient while at the same time offering an expanded scope of services and broader coverage. The entire transition process will be handled centrally by the office of Sicherheitshalber Neumann Jaremko Versicherungsmakler GmbH to ensure a fast and seamless transfer.

We will approach each tied agent individually and support the process closely throughout.
