Short description: Repeated results of Matsumura et al. (2017)
The raw data of simulations for migration on and off are in subdirectories '/matsumura2017/mig_on' and '/matsumura2017/mig_off' respectively.
Subdirectories '/matsumura2017/mig_*/frame' contain plots of the ouput time frames throughout the simualtions, which summarize the 9 combinations of initial conditions and 7 inital random relaizations of the angular orbital elements of the embryos.

Subdirectory '/discuss/hp_p20/1_r0' contain the raw binary output from the N-body code SyMBA with the coefficient k_peb set as 0.2 and pebble disk height set as one percent of the gas disk scale height, and subdirectory '/discuss/hp_p20/frame' contain plots of the ouput time frames throughout the simualtion.
In subdirectories '/discuss/exp_p*', the two-digit number immediately after 'exp_p' indicates the value of coefficient k_peb in percentage in the simulations with disk model moifications of the stored data.
Subdirectories '/discuss/exp_p*/frame' contain plots of the ouput time frames throughout the simualtions, which summarize the 2 combinations of initial conditions and 3 inital random relaizations of the planetesimal disk.

Short description: Source codes in Fortran 77 to extract frame data from the binary outputs of SyMBA. frame_mass_cumu.f extracts the cumulative mass distribution of all particles at a user specified time frame
frame_mass.f extracts the orbital elements and mass of each of the particles at a user specified time frame.
