The sliding relations in the paper ``Sliding relations for glacier slip with cavities over three-dimensional beds'' are presented in scaled, non-dimensional form using Equation 7 in the main paper:

where $\tau_b$, $N$ and $u_b$ are the basal drag, effective pressure and basal slip velocity, respectively. The parameter $n=3$ is the creep exponent in Glen's flow law (constitutive equation for ice) and $A_s$ is a constant that depends on the bed geometry and the rate factor in Glen's flow law.
In the python script \texttt{read\_and\_print\_data.py} the above variables are named as follows: \texttt{tau\_b} ($\tau_b$), \texttt{N} ($N$), \texttt{u\_b} ($u_b$), \texttt{n} ($n$) and \texttt{A\_s} ($A_s$).
