TABLE A1. Comparison of seven connectivity models used to predict the patch occupancy patterns of 24 metapopulations (see Table 1 for model descriptions and Table 2 for metapopulation descriptions). Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) values and AIC model weights(wi) are shown. Lower AIC values indicate a better model fit, and higher AIC weights (wi) indicate greater model support (on a scale from 0 to 1). The pR2 value measures the amount of deviance in occupancy explained by each connectivity model. The Z value, or Wald statistic, is the regression coefficient divided by its standard error. The P value associated with each Z value is shown.
