The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) funds the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) schemes run by all the UK paying agencies. It is responsible for dealing with monies from the Guarantee Section of the European Agriculture Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF), providing operational advice in support of policy formation. RPA is an executive agency of the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs
