“Application” - means RAYNET Cloud CRM system. “Client” means organization or individual who purchased license to use the Application.
“Service” - means providing access to the Application along with other services such as customer support, newsletter emailing etc.
“Website” - means main web site of the RAYNET corporation, where you can register for the Service or log into the Application.
“Client Data“ - means all data and files in electronic form user stores via the Application.
“Personal Data” - means information that identifies you, such as your name and your contact details.
Additionally, we store logs from the Application. These logs do not include any Client Data and are only used to help us discover any potential application errors and to improve the application functionality.
Another data we usually collect is anonymous statistics data to monitor usage of specific Application modules or usage of the Application in general.

Our core service lies in providing on-line CRM system (customer relationship management system). The primary purpose of this system is to store information that user enters into the application. Such retained information remains property of the Client and without explicit consent by the Client we will not make it available to anyone else. Only administrator (user authorized by the Client) can invite another people to be users of the application.
A user name and password is required to access data provided by the service. We do not have access to user passwords or client data only if we get access directly from the administrator.
There are cases where Client Data is provided to third-party applications. It is always a matter of explicitly requested user action. These cases are:

In case you decide to pay for the Service by a credit card, you should now that the credit card details are not stored with us and therefore none of our employees have access to it. Your credit card details are encrypted and securely stored by Stripe service.

Upon request, we will provide the client (or client-authorized person) with complete export of data stored in the application in a standard format. Client data may be permanently deleted after the end of the service usage on a request by the client (or client-authorized person), otherwise we decide the term of permanent deletion.
