Festival Central at South Willen Lake Park 

  • Friday 15 July: Open at 4.30pm
  • Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 July: Open at 11.30am
  • Monday 18 - Friday 22 July: Open at 4.30pm
  • Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 July: Open at 9.30am
  • The Box Office closes approximately 30 minutes after the last show of the day starts

Middleton Hall, centre:mk

  • 10.30am - 6.30pm each day except Thursday 21 July until 8.30pm and Sunday 24 July until 5.30pm

Pop-Up Box Offices: Open just before the following events to serve walk-up ticket buyers:

  • Rimini Protokoll: All Saints Church, Loughton, MK5 8AS (located behind MK Central Station, and approximately a 10 minute walk from the Station)
  • Superman IV Redux Screening and Talk: The Buszy (former bus station near to MK Central Station), 401 Elder Gate, Milton Keynes MK9 1LR

CONCESSIONS AND DISCOUNTS

  • Available where stated on individual events for people in receipt of Universal or Pension Credit, full-time students and those aged 16 and under
  • Where a concession applies, 25% off concession-rate tickets for carers accompanying customers with disabilities or wheelchair users

HANDLING CHARGES

  • Bookings are subject to a handling charge of £2.80 (inc. postage)
  • There is an additional booking fee of £1.80 per ticket for online bookings
  • Certain shows have ticket prices inclusive of charges and booking fees, no matter how you book (online, in person or by phone). Applies to: Magic Carpets 2016, Voalá, Superman IV Redux Screening & Talk, Rimini Protokoll and Make An Awesome Comic Workshop. If any other event is booked at the same time, then normal transaction charges apply for those events.

INFANTS UNDER TWO YEARS OF AGE

  • The Festival encourages access for all, though we would recommend that parents or guardians do not bring infants of less than two years of age to ticketed events and installations.
  • Should you wish to attend ticketed events or installations with an infant aged below two years and these events are seated, they will need to be accommodated on the parent or guardian's lap as no seat will be allocated. There will be no charge for under twos.
  • Should the infant become restless and cause a disturbance at the event or installation, the parent/guardian will be requested to leave the event or installation with the child. The Festival reserves the right to not re-admit.
