FOR THE BIRDS: LINFORD MANOR PARK SITE INFORMATION
To make your experience as safe and enjoyable as possible, please read the following information carefully:
Before Your Visit
-
For the Birds is a self-guided outdoor promenade through the woods at night
-
Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy, flat shoes suitable for a woodland walk
-
Given the woodland setting by the canal, it is advisable cover your arms and legs and apply insect repellent
-
The route has been planned to ensure your safety, however there will be uneven terrain, sloping ground and narrow gaps. Please note that it may be muddy and slippery when wet
-
Most areas of the route are not easily accessible for buggies, pushchairs and wheelchairs
-
Due to the soft terrain in the woodland, the site is not recommended for mobility scooters, apart from those designed for off-road use
-
Dogs are not permitted, with the exception of access dogs
-
The event will go ahead in bad weather. Watch the Festival’s Facebook page and Twitter feed @IFMKfest for updates If you have any questions about the accessibility of the route, please call 01908 280800 or email festivalboxoffice@stables.org

FESTIVAL CENTRAL BARS: All children in The Stables Spiegeltent and the Acoustic Stage need to be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18. If you are lucky enough to look under 21 you will be asked to prove you are over 18 when you buy alcohol. Acceptable forms of ID include cards bearing the PASS hologram, Photocard Driving Licence, Passport or Military ID. If you are under 18, it is an offence to buy or attempt to buy alcohol.
INFANTS UNDER TWO YEARS OF AGE: The Festival encourages access for all, though we would recommend that parents or guardians do not bring infants of less than two years of age to ticketed events. Should you wish to attend ticketed events or installations with an infant aged below two years and these events are seated, they will need to be accommodated on the parent or guardian's lap as no seat will be allocated. There will be no charge for under twos. Should the infant become restless and cause a disturbance at the event, the parent/guardian will be requested to leave the event with the child. The Festival reserves the right to not re-admit.
By entering Festival sites you agree to adhere to these guidelines. The Festival reserves the right to make alterations if necessary
