Skills and infrastructure mismatches
UNESCO states that over 70 million children worldwide are currently not in school (2010) and millions more are dropping out of school systems due to the seeming irrelevance of education to their lives (Ainscow and Miles 2008).
As in the rest of the world, the challenge for the IVET Kyrgyz school systems is therefore also to provide an effective education which will prepare his students to inclusive participation in the workplace, social environment, and political sphere and sports arenas.
The Education Development Strategy 2020 (EDS 2020) point out the fact that, as in IVET there is not yet an institutionalised staff development program, most of the teachers and masters are not updated on modern teaching methodologies and on technological developments in their areas of specialization.
Also the training equipments, in majority of the PVSs, are inadequate, and most part of available equipments are outdated (Education Development Strategy 2020 (EDS 2020) adopted in March 2012).
